Job Description for IT Recruiter

• Preferred to have 1-2 years of experience in IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Need to source consultants with the help of different recruitment tools and job portals for the given requirement.
• Screening, Shortlisting and contacting relevant consultants and need to discuss about their salary package etc. with them.
• Applicants need to have excellent communication skill and be able to entice consultants to apply.
• Preferred to have a good knowledge on US immigration procedures, Staffing terms like W2. C2C. 1099, US Visas, etc. and US visa types.
• Should be comfortable to work with night shift.
• Preferred Male/Female candidates
