Job Description for IT Recruiter
• Preferred to have 1 -2 years of experience in IT Recruitment/ US Staffing. (Fresher’s also can apply)
• Need to source consultants with the hep of different
recruitment tools and job portals for the given requirement.
• Screening, Shortlisting and contacting relevant consultants and need to discuss about their salary package etc. with them.
• Applicants need to nave excellent communication skill and be able to entice consutantsto apply.
• Preferred to have a good knowledge on US immigration procedures. Staffing terms like W2, CSC, 1099, US Visas, etc and US vsa types.
• Should be comfortable to work with night shift.
• Preferred Male/Female candidates
