About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual for a Management Trainee position at our resort in Pondicherry. This is an ideal opportunity for Hotel Management graduates to gain hands-on experience in resort operations and grow into a future leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day resort operations across departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, guest relations)

Handle guest check-in/check-out processes and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction

Assist in managing staff schedules and department coordination

Address guest feedback and resolve any operational issues promptly

Help plan and execute events or group bookings

Monitor cleanliness, service standards, and overall resort ambiance

Prepare basic reports and assist in administrative tasks

Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality-related field

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Friendly, customer-focused attitude

Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
