Job Description
• Preferred to have 1-2 years of experience in IT Recruitment’ US Staffing.
• Need to source consultants with the help of different recruitment tools and job portals for the given requirement.
• Screening Shortlisting and contacting relevant consultants and need to discuss their salary package etc. with them.
• Applicants need to have excellent communication skill and be able to entice consultants to apply.
• Preferred to have a piece of good knowledge of US immigration procedures, Staffing terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc and US visa types
• Should be comfortable to work with night shift
• Preferred female candidates
